Developers should be able to test their SSO server functionality while developing the Resource Server API. At its core, the CLI Dev Tool features a tunneling service brought to you by SSOfy which forwards requests from the LIVE SSO server directly to the developer's local machine, eliminating the need for tools like ngrok or localtunnel. Additionally, it includes an integrated web-based application that offers several testing and debugging features.

Upon execution, the tool automatically activates Dev Mode on the application, bypassing the original URL configured in the application's configuration page and redirecting requests to the specified port on the local machine.
